BiGBOY Starshot-Edition

Straight after the Eurobike USED headed down to the IFMA in Cologne. On Wednesday Bob, Dan, Jens (von Bandee) and Andreas (our new Sales Rep) were at the press conference to show the Bandee and the BiGBOY-bikes in Starshot design. This got a huge response and some of the newspapers were full of pictures on the next day. Bandee was also featured in an article from the biggest news magazine in Germany Der Spiegel. Daniela was filmed in Starshot shirt riding a BiGBOY with a Bandee as well, for NTV and RTL TV stations. So that means the USED-Team was in all the media and looking good in Cologne. You can read more about the Bandee and Starshot Bikes here.

Posted on August 27th, 2007

You want to loose weight or maybe you don't. You're tired of the smart alec things people say about you or you don't give a damn. You are you - you must stay you and that's good. And cycling? Of course you want to cycle but you're scared because you heard that normal bikes are just for people under 80 kilo. So what's to do?

The bike for BiGBOYS. Take a little "Retro", add a little "Modern Technology" and the BiGBOY is ready. Built to carry weight, but at the same time comfortable and stylish. What the Fatboy for Harley Davidson is, is the BiGBOY for Cactus10. Steel lugged frame, hand soldered in Germany , Stainless parts, a Hub Dynamo and a Brooks leather saddle. Available in 3, 7 or 8 speed with Schwalbe ballon tires (The big ones!). This bike transforms a heavyweight into a mobile, easy moving heavyweight. We can't work wonders and the Tour de France is still far away, but now even a BiGBOY can make it!
