He is our Monark and ScooterBike expert and looks after our german-speaking customers. He's also the Sweden specialist, so he can talk for hours about Monark and moose salami! He also rides his ScooterBike to work every morning.

Dan:
She is the boss here, although we try not to let her know it! She's taking care of business, coordinating everything, checking parts lists and she'll get on your back if you don't pay your invoice on time. She's the womans touch we all need.

Bob:
He does the marketing and takes care of those who speak better English than German. Loves products like Xtracycle and Carry Freedom that appeal to his sense of innovation and lifestyle in mobility. Bob loves music and still plays gigs once and a while. He also does some work for the Artland Dragons basketball team, heading the after game press conference. Heiko:
Heiko is new to the team. Bringing sales experience in the bike business, he's working on the sports division side of USED and that means Cactus10. He also runs his own bike store in Ankum, which is just down the highway from Quakenbrück.Heiko's claim to fame is his exclusive mountain bike tours for women. It seems this is the only way he can get to know anyone of the opposite sex - Now why didn't we think of that?
Burkhard:
His patience and composure is an important part of making our bikes. You can be sure that the bike you buy from us, went through his hands and comes with his seal of approval.
Oliver:
Oliver is the first USED apprentice. He loves bikes and after being asleep for most of his school time(!) he finally woke-up in time to learn the job at USED. He's very important for the day to day running of the assembly and can build all the bikes in our programme. We hope he will continue to improve and pass his exam next year. Oliver also works as a DJ in his spare time.
